How many days will my shipment arrive within?

We use USPS flat shipping which allows your purchase to arrive within 3-5 business days

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Providing your shipment arrives damaged, just send us an email with a photo of the damaged goods and Cotte's Jewels will resend the same purchased piece to you free of charge.
